The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment, etc.).

For the consultation of the site it is not required any transfer of personal data by the user.

For the processing of data for these purposes (with the exception of sending information and commercial communications and offers of goods/services, for which the user must provide his explicit consent), the user's consent is not required, since the processing is, in such cases, necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request or for fulfilling a legal obligation or, furthermore, to pursue a legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties (Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b), c) and f) of the Regulations).

The processing will be carried out with manual and/or computerized and telematic tools with organization and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

These data are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service to the user and are eliminated immediately thereafter, without prejudice to further legal conservation obligations.

Within the scope of its activity and for the aforementioned purposes, the Owner may use services rendered by third parties operating on his behalf and according to his instructions as data controllers. Further information on this can be requested from the contacts indicated below.

The data may be transferred within the European Union, for example where the suppliers of Cultraro have their headquarters or their servers. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

At any time, he/she will have the right to exercise the rights established by current legislation, including the right to:
